i had my period about two weeks ago and ive only been on the pill about a week i take it like i am supposed to monday i spotted nothing really just one time and today this mornin i spotted dark brown and now nothing i was wondering what this might be. also what are the chances of getting preggo bc tuesday i had unpotected sex with my partner.

i was also on the pill a time before this and i didnt spot i was normal i a little confused as to why this is happening

You could get pregnant as the pill takes a while to start working and I think its about a month. As for the spotting, Im not sure. It could just be still from your period. If you are that worried go see your doctor. But I reccommend not having any more unprotected sex until you have been taking the pill for at least a month.

It is possible to have vaginal spotting while on the pill, especially if you are new to the pill. However I would contact your doctor because the pill you are on may not be a good one for you. Your body may also just be adjusting to the hormones.

I believe you're supposed to use an alternate form of protection for the first week or two that you're on the pill.
You'd better at least do a pregnancy test at home.
