I imagine God has created life elsewhere. I don't really believe in "we go to Heaven for eternity when we die" as the Bible does speak of new heavens and a new earth. Basically he's cleaning up what we've screwed up, and giving mankind a new chance. I would suppose it would be the same with an alien lifeform...whatever planet they come from, if they've screwed it up, they would be given certain conditions with which to receive "salvation" and thus their own world would be restored to one of God's standards.
Just speculation, of course...

In the Bible (Genesis 1:1) it gives us the answer. That God put life on the Earth. Even if there was any life on another planet, the people would go to the same heaven by trusting Jesus Christ as their Savior. (Romans 3:23, John 3:16, Romans 6:23). When it says in the Bible that God created the Heavens, it means , first , the air we breathe, then it means where the birds fly, and airplanes, and then it means the place Jesus will take you when you die if you have trusted Him as your personal Savior.

Except for the angelic spirit creatures we are absolutly alone as intelligent creatures in the physical universe! If there was any other intelligent, physical free moral agent anywhere in the entire universe, the creator would not have had to allow wickedness to continue, or allow Mankind to try every sort of government since the rebellion in the garden of Eden.
The God of Love had originally purposed that the earth first be filled with PERFECT intelligent physical humans and who knows what prospects lay before humankind after they subdued the earth.
There was a rebellion even before ONE human child could be born, and yet God's purposes NEVER fail....so he wisely allowed Adam and Eve to have children and allow humans to taste the effects of their own choice to disobey....to allow humans to see that they cannot rule themselves....to allow every form of government to be attempted.....to allow the resister, (Satan) to do his best to prove his accusations......This means the TEMPORARY tolerance of evil and suffering. The angelic creatures are also affected by this issue called the issue of universal sovereignty. Many have folllowed the devil....After God is proven to be the universal sovereign, all that is wrong can be corrected including the resurrection of ALL the dead.
Think of it this way....what if Adam and Eve had ONE 10 year old child back at their home when they were eating the forbidden fruit......they return home and offer some to Adam Jr lets say.....He says to both his parents...."Mom....Dad....you taught me never to eat from that tree....I will not disobey the creator......forget you!!!" You see.....in that case God would be within his rights to destroy Adam and Eve and satan as well, and Adam Jr would have continued living as a PERFECT HUMAN and he would be our perfect ancestor and we would be perfect and living in a paradise.....But that did not happen. So until the issue of universal sovereignty in solved.....WE ARE ALONE.

i think he did but i'm not sure that they will go to the same heaven. no one can be sure that there is life out there unless they are told by God.

No he didn't. Just like there is no other name that can bring eternal life other than Jesus', I think there is no other planet than Earth that can sustain life. I think anything else is from the demonic side.

for sure he has created angels in heaven. They are like us in that they are intelligent and have free will.

Bible don't say too much about Other People Living on Other Planets, Except Planet Heaven.
Where the Fathers Throne is.
