Can You Burn DVD's?

I am wondering if you can burn a movie onto a dvd disc if you dont have a dvd drive for your computer

No, you need a DVD drive!

you can buy special softwere but to do it with out a dvd rw drive no and a dvd drive is only able to watch the dvd

You actually need a DVD drive in ur computer...
