The day before heavy exercise it's best to "Carbo load". So Pasta is the best bet. You'll be working hard on the ascent so you'll need plenty of energy to burn.
On the day - breakfast on porridge and pack sandwiches, fruit, flapjack - and I always take Mars bars and snickers (3 in total). A flask of tea and a litre of drink (water or lime juice.)
As you start to climb you burn energy quite quickly - so you may get a sugar low quite soon after starting. say 30 minutes in tot he walk. So have some chocolate to keep you going.
A lot of people wait to the summit before eating lunch. I prefer to do it below the summit. It's usually the most cold and windy on top. Also it's good to be re energised ready for the final push to the top.
Have fun.

the first individual with the unlucky good fortune to die first. ingesting lifeless bodies does not be a fabulous difficulty for me to over-come.we are ravenous, remember? . I observed "Alive", and my well-liked e book is," Miracle contained in the Andes". through how, i'd probable be the unique individual to slice up the bodies because I have seen, and transported the lifeless earlier(been to a morgue multiple cases). So, I even haven't any adversion to the lifeless, like my different Contacts would(nicely except one, likely). I worked in a well being facility. Minced meat Pie every person?LOL
