It could absolutley be Postpartum depression. Especially if your youngest is only 10 months, with two shortly following in age.
It sounds as though you've been pregnant for quite a large part of your life, and with that kind of continued stress on your body and mind, the mood swings are not surprising.
I myself was diagnosed with PPD about three months after my son was born. I wrote it off as the "baby blues" until I just about had a breakdown.
If your mood swings are not allowing you to rest well or if they are interfering in your daily life, your doctor can put you on SSRI's (similar to anti-depressants) to help get you chemically back on track, so you can work on getting healthy mentally and emotionally. I also suggest getting some "you" time, and possibly see a therapist to discuss the stress and difficulty of raising three young children.
No wonder you're exhausted.

Post-partum depression usually shows up immediately after childbirth. In my case, during labor. You are probably suffering depression from the stress of having 2 small children. Ask for help from parents and friends so you can get some much needed time to yourself. If you cant get away even once a week, make time wherever you can like during nap time, after bed time. A long bubble bath and a good book or magazine can do wonders when you dont have to worry about anything else. Also, see your doctor to discuss whether medication may be helpful. Good Luck

Sure does sound like it could be a case of the "baby blues" as some people call it. What it sounds like to me is you are overwhelmed, and it's ok to feel that way. You obveously have a lot on your plate right now, and maybe you feel as though it is hard to juggle.
Think of it this way, things will not always be this way. Your children will grow sooo fast that one day you will turn around and they will be teenagers..and that brings a whole new set of issues. Try to enjoy things as they are...take a lot of photos, and remind yourself that life is made up of various stages..we pass through them and often don't stop to enjoy it but just look to what's coming ahead. Smile..You are doing a great job!

No, I myself went through PPD shortley after giving birth, it just sounds like you need some rest! It is normal to have mood swings because women have the hardest job on earth! Diapers, food, baths, playtime. ETC. Lay down and relax while your kids take a nap!

If you think that you are having a problem. You should go to the doctor. I know it is hard to think that something is wrong but if you are questioning your own reasons for your feelings maybe you should see a trained professional.

It's one symptom for it, but are you feeling depressed at all? crying over the littlest things? having morbid thoughts? If so see your physician.
