If he needs to be sent away, he is in need of help. All you can do is tell him you love him and that you will write/E-mail him everyday that he is gone.

That happened to me a few years back. All you can do is try to remain neutral and learn from your brothers mistakes. Your brothers actions have caused this problem. You can still love him and your parents...you do not need to choose. Chances are that going away will do him some good(mine went into the army and it helped him a lot), but it will be hard for your family. God Bless.

If he is in serious trouble and has to go to prision the only thing you can do is be there for him, assure him that you care for him and visit him as much as possible. because if the law has already interviened then its out of your hands
