In some ways I can understand why you would ask that, however in many more ways that is really harsh. I was a single mom for over a year and during my pregancy with her. I had 2 boy friends that were actually interested in spending time with my kid as well as me. The other 2 guys I dated only date me. Most of the time when a guy found out I was a mom, he ran. However I did find a guy who loved to be around my daughter. He actually feel in love with her before he feel in love with me. My daughter's "sperm donar" wasn't in her life. He's never even seen her and she's about to be 2. I guess that was what didn't keep my husband from staying away. If you don't want to date a woman with kids be nice about it, saying things like your question are very hurtful and discouraging to single moms. We are people too. Just because we have a kid or kids doesn't mean that we aren't worth your time. In my situation my daugther's biological father ran when he found out I was pregnant. If you ask my husband why he "waisted his time" he'll tell you that he didnt' and that he's glad that he has a beautiful daughter to love and take care of.

I have kids, they are older, but now that I am divorced and dating again...I know what you mean. I love my kids, but don't want anymore and some people that I have dated have brats for kids. I don't need the aggravation. NEXT!

I like children. And if I one day decide to marry this Woman, she comes with everything she has. They become my "brats". I think that is very cool!

if you really love this person then what difference would it make if he/she has kids? my husband and i have been married for 6 years and i have 2 teenagers from a previous marriage and he loves them as if they are his own flesh and blood..is something wrong with you that you don't like kids? if his/her having children is that big of problem for you then maybe you should break it off with this person and find someone else who doesn't have kids or is still a virgin..

I hear ya! I would always date guys that have kids but now it just annoys me cause if I get in a relationship most dont want to have any more. If your single and don't have kids don't date men/women that have them. Its a bigger headache than you think!

Because if a woman has been married for more than 5 years and has no children than I would'nt consider her very giving person in relationships.

WHEN YOU MAKE THAT DECISION TO BE WITH SOMEONE AND YOU LOVE THAT PERSON.ITS A PACKAGE DEAL IF YOU WANT TO BE APART OF THERE LIFE THERE CHILDREN IS APART OF THERES.SO THEY MIGHT BE BRATS ,BUT THOSE BRATS ARE BEING LOVED BY WHOM EVER THAT PERSON IS .

one day you will have kids, and find someone else other than your baby momma, lets see how you feel when you have kids and then you like a girl but the girl says the same about you!!!!?
