Keep taking your prenatal vitamins. Eat lots of veggies, fruits, fish and drink water. Your hormones have to re-adjust. May take 2-3 months or longer.

Mine did the same, I've had two children (Bye the way it got worse with the second one).

As long as it's at the crown of the head it is classed by the medical proffesionals as a hormone problem.

It does grow back so don't worry!

Even though it is considered normal for small amounts of this to happen after giving birth, it might still be a good idea to go ahead and check with a doctor. You could have developed the disorder called alopecia.

Don't panic, i know its easy for me to say, but after i had my daughter (about 3 months after the birth) whenever i washed and brushed my hair i was pulling loads out, i used to wear a hat all the time, the doctor said it will grow back, mine was above my ears each side, i had bald patches! it does grow back, seriously, mine took about 4 months to re grow, so don't panic, just enjoy your baby (winters here, you have a excuse to wear a hat, mine was in the summer)

honey, I am also going thru the same patch, but I am pregnant.

I have been advised by docs and pharmacists to have lots of iron and protein in your diet; such as spinach, chocolate, red meat, eggs, milk.....etc

I wish u the best!!
