Usually you need to get a marriage license which is valid for like 60-90 days, depending on the state, then you marry at a place and time of your choice. As far as the ceremony goes, the only requirements are an officiant who is authorized to perform marriages in your state, and two witnesses; everything else (including the rings) is extra.
To find out more about getting a marriage license, just Google "marriage license in (your town) FL". Usually you two have to go to a court house or a county recorder's office with some sort of identidication at hand, fill out an application, and pay a fee (around $50) to get your license.

You could get married by the justice of piece at the courthouse. You don't have to have rings, the only thing you have to have is a marriage license, which you get at the courthouse also. I know it is less than $100 to get married. I think it's like $60 give or take a few.

The requirements are you need to be 2 humans, opposite sex, legal marrying age, both consenting to the marriage, neither already married or separated. You dont need a ring but your future wife would like one. You also need the ability to read and sign your name. Locate your countys civic center for the place to get married, set the date you both want to go and do it. Congratulations and Best wishes.
