I've smoked everyday for the past month, how much cranberry juice should I drink?

Never heard of cranberry juice for that problem but I know it helps your kidneys. You should drink pickle juice, vinegar, and about a teaspoon of clorox in a large glass of water. You should try each of these things seperately and drink more than you usually do. Drink lots and lots of water. Everytime you turn around you need to drink at least a bottle of water about 16 ounces, then about 30 minutes try some pickle juice and then water again and so on. You'll feel like you're going to float away but all the fluids will flush your kidneys out. Look in the drugstore, ask the pharmacist or ask your Dr. for the red or orange pills that flush your kidneys out, too. Just tell them that you've been having a little discomfort in your kidney area because you don't drink a lot of waterSome companies have a way of finding out if you've used anything like Golden Seal. If you don't want to try those suggestions then find a little kid (preferably potty trained) and get them to pee in a bottle. Try to do this right before you leave to go take the test. Tape the bottle to the inside of your leg close to your crotch or under your arm (those two places are closest to your regular body temp. Just make sure the child is the same sex (they can tell that too). Last but not least, pee a little in the toilet then pee a little in the bottle then get a little out of the toilet, dont put the top on good and if you have to hand it to the person let it slip. It should spill and then they might let you take another one later. Or if you have to put it on the counter accidentally spill it. They don't need a lot so it's possible that it will all spill out. If you tell them that you have another appt. they should let you come back and do it another time. I you can't get a child to do it before you have to go then you can have them do it a little earlier and put it in the oven a little close to the pilot lite, if you have a gas stove (just be sure to tell someone it is in there or the smell will cover the house if they turn the oven on. If you do this hours before the test, before you leave your house be sure to tape it to your leg near the crotch or under your arm. Or you could call in sick with some kind of virus and reschedule. Most people don't want to get sick. And then, as they say, you shouldn't smoke if you're looking for a job. Or just tell them you eat a lot of thing that contain poppy seeds. The one that works the best is the kid and the bottle. Take something that you can use to cut the tape so they can't hear it as you pull it off.

It will only help it a little because you have smoked every day there is to much in your system, you can dilute your system before taking a drug screen by drinking alot of water before taking the drug test, you have to drink about a gallon or water in about a 2 hour span till your urine comes out clear, not yellow then take the drug test, thats the best shot you got. I am a former pot smoker and have passed all my drug tests about 10 tests total.

Forget about the cranberry juice. You need Golden Seal or to do a whole body cleanse. Good Luck on your test. I hope it's not a really good job that you may not get. Hint, stay clean & you'll make more $$$$ in the long run.
