My Boyfriend of almost 4 years has this best (or so hes called ) friend, who can be very sexist and cynical at times, We moved an hour away togeather and this "friend " wouldn't even come visit us in the whole year. Now we have moved to San Deigo thats 2 hours from this friend, I know it is going to hurt my Boyfriend so much...I have tried endlessly to be nice and welcoming or removed or just indifferent to this guy.....but now he has been saying things like that I am "tinkerbell" and San Diego is Never Never land and to call him when hes not in never never land again...is that wrong and what should I do about it now??...is this a real friend??

Your boyfriends best friend sounds jealous of your boyfriends relationship with you. Not neccissarily because he likes you, even though this is a possibility. Just Ignore his childish comments and get on with your life with your boyfriend. =) If you don't react he'll eventually get bored.

The friend might be jealous of your relationship. Before you it was a different world. Now his friend is in love and living far away. Sounds like he is being defensive because he misses his friend and how things used to be. Unfortunate when this happens. Why can't we just all get along?

What was the reason that you both moved? Your boyfriend is blaming you for the move, is he being passive aggressive or just immature? If it was clear you both wanted to move than you need to remind the boyfriend of this. Also, as far as his friend goes, tell your boyfriend how this friend makes you feel. He may respond better knowing that his friend is hurting you.

Good luck.

The friend is trying to split you from your BF, for not other reason than envy and spite. Talk this over with your BF. Having mutual friends is important to the survival of a relationship, and sometimes you have to toss out people in order to make your relationship firmer. I did this with friends who were unpopular with my wife, and it made a huge difference in our relationship. Good luck!

He needs to wash his hair every day, and if you are not there to shower with him every day then I suggest you tell him! Get him some special shampoo for oily hair that will give it extra shine and bounce. (It might make him want to wash his hair more.) Take him to a male hair stylist, and let him select a style he really likes!

He sounds jealous that he isn't a big part of his life anymore.
He also sounds like a tool bag. It's your boyfriend's problem, not yours.

He sounds like a dick.
But you have to respect who your boyfriend chooses as his friends.
