I have not yet downloaded this new browser because I thought it may have some bugs. Am I totally unwarranted? Also, I use McAfee and have heard that it conflicts with the new IE7 - does anyone know whats going on with this. I would be interested in any experiences that people have had with this new version of IE browser. Thanks.

I've personally experienced many problems with IE7 at work when our IT department downloaded it to all our computers. It was so bad they had to uninstall and go back to IE6. The biggest problem is not every website recognizes IE7 yet (they have to modify their codes to recognize IE7.) You might want to go through this website (written by someone involved with Internet Explorer since 1999) and see what she has to say about it..... especially the "Known Issues" section:

Welll, we downloaded IE7 from the MS update site. We didn't want any more toolbars. Anyway, no probs with download or usage so far. We don't have McAfee but another branded anti-virus/spyware. No probs there, either. The best obvious feature is the tabs. Once you get used to the changes, you'll probably like it.
