I'm 19, not been in a serious relationship to the degree that I have still not kissed anyone, hate loud music, hate people getting drunk and smoking, like football, like computer games, like helping people with there problems, no mates at the moment cause they slagged me off, stay in every night, mostly on myspace or yahoo, only seem to go out these days to go to job centre. :-(

Is there any hope for me?

be gentle lol

Yes, there is hope, there are girl geeks too!

And don't take geek as an insult, I'm a geek too, be proud of your geekyness and revel in it, and get a girl geek to make you complete.

I hate people getting drunk and smoking. I like people who help others. I like people who enjoy a quiet night in. There's nothing wrong with you. You sound like a perfectly normal, well-adjusted 19-year-old to me. Don't worry about not doing what everyone else seems to be doing. I'm sure there are a lot of people who are like you but those who are more outgoing and noisier just get noticed more. Maybe you'll not find a girlfriend as easily as your mates but then many of the "relationships" they have are not really meaningful or enriching. It's worth waiting longer for a really nice young lady who shares your interest and respects your lifestyle. A party animal or a disco diva doesn't make a good girlfriend or a good wife. So hanging around in pubs or clubs isn't really the ideal way to find love. Sometimes I think people rush into relationships too early and before the age of 30, they already got too much negative experience and that is probably more harmful to their enjoyment of a stable married life.

yes there is! what you need is a job or some activity you can do to meet people, you will never meet someone cooped up in your room. you sound like a nice person , who cares about people, if your mates slag you off then find new ones that's how having a job or activity can help. my ex was 20 before he had ever dated someone and he found me in the end, but unfortunately we have broken up now but he has a new girlfriend so all is good u just need some confidence in your self.

You will be fine!

You've plenty of time! Don't diss the dating sites, I met my partner on it. Joining clubs, getting jobs in pubs/ nightclubs are good too. My best friend is 28, hasn't had a girlfriend in 4 going on 5 years hasnt given up yet. You sound like a nice guy, just don't go looking too hard, you might scare some people off, it'll happen when it does.

Your screwed mate. I'd say you've had many encounters with pammy and her 5 sisters and frankly you need to find a social hobby in order to meet girls before you fail to develop any social ability at all. To top that - lets face it, girls like a man to know what he is doing and the only way to know is to get experience... And before the feminists start kicking my door down - it does NOTHING for a man's confidence when he can't even get a girl to fake it.....

You're a geek. I love geeks. But, you do need to get out of your house and make friends! No girl wants someone who is going to sit and play on MySpace every night.

Yea,there's hope of finding a gal but it depends on your ability to accept a change. It wouldn't be so easy to find a gal who hates all that you hate.Be willing to accept people who have little shortfalls to make a difference.

Take a dance class. You can't meet anyone from inside your home.
