I really like this guy that i am close friends with but theres one small problem; he likes my best friend! hes not totaly interested in her but he started asking me questions about her yesterday.He was going to ask me out before but his friends were watching and he chickened out; hes really shy but he tried his best. It wouldnt matter to my friend or not if i asked him out because she is obbsessed with this other guy. Would it be akward if i asked him out? i dont think he would say no because we are really close friends and we have alot of fun when we were together but would it be too awkard?

the question is wouldnt you feel weird knowing that he liked your bestfriend and lets say you do hook up and when you guys are all together it will always be in the back of your mind that he was interested in her dont you think...but then again you never know maybe you should talk to him about how you feel since you guys are close im sure that you can talk about that. u kno wut. Honostly, if he makes u happy and u truly wanna b wit him, ask him out. U only live once n theres no given day to wen it ends. So live each day lyk it was ur last, tell each person exactly how u feel (if its positive b/c theres no tym for negative) and do you to the fullest.
Of course, u'll have to grow balls to do all this lol
But in the end, the push would b so worth it!
So please, ask him out.

he really likes you you should ask him out he didnt do because the would have made fun of him so i wouldnt be awkard your juust asking first since he didnt

It may be awkward, but don't let it be. What you do and how you act affects how awkward it may or may not be. Go for it! especially if he was going to ask you out anyway.
