Oh thank you sir, I have seen the light. Glory hallelujah, can I hear an amen? Not!

Quite sure. I've tried to tell you believers that you're full of it over in the Recipes category but all the response I got was "HUH?"

Seriously -- if you wanted to discuss one of the most important topics in the world, where would you go? The Polls & Surveys category? I don't think so.

I know that most of the spiritual people I know are atheists or agnostics. They don't walk around with the label but, when pressed, they are atheists. One of them is a zen buddhist who is very spiritual (not all zen buddhists, of course, are atheists). So ... I think real spirituality doesn't have to be theistic. Karen Armstrong writes very well and extensively on this.

AMEN! I was thinking the same thing. They are so hungry for the Lord and to know about him but they just wont admit it. Why else would you would they want to answer and leave the questions that they do. Saying that they enjoy talking about "fairy tales" or that it is entertaining is not a valid excuse at all.

Absolutely. I am also wearing a crucifix. A dear friend gave it to me, and by wearing it I honor him. There are no rules governing how an atheist should behave you know. I enjoy the freedom to be myself.

Go look up the word "spirituality" in the dictionary, then come back and ask a question that has not been beaten to death already.

We'll wait.....

Because religious people always profess their beliefs every place else, so why not proclaim their Atheism here? Seems fair to me.
