But I am very curious as to why people refuse to accept a FREE gift of love and everlasting life. What is it that they are afraid of?? All Christ wants to do is love them and He even died for each one of us!!! I just want to know why people turn away from God!!

because a big man in the sky who is watching down on all of us and who died for us blah blah isnt going to pay my water bill next month. Therefore, I worry about things in life that matter :)

But that's like me asking you, "How could you possibly refuse to accept the truth of the Flying Spaghetti Monster? If you do, you will be awarded with infinite bowls of pasta in the afterlife!"

It's not the reward involved, it's the fact that you have no reason to believe in him. And I have no reason to believe in Christ. "Everlasting life" would be great, I guess, but why should I accept him in the first place? What reason do I have to do that? Just because the Bible says so? Just because some preacher says so? Until someone can answer that crucial question, I'm going to remain skeptical.

People who don't want to accept a free gift aren't necessarily turning away from God. Everyone has their own beliefs and everyone's beliefs hold value for them. Everyone is where they are supposed to be. All paths lead to the same destination.

its not free. it comes at the cost of changing your whole life around, changing how u act and think and live, you are no longer allowed to ask how god can exist if...? why god let ... happen? or how bout any of the flaws in the bible. so many contradictions. is it truly free if time = money, and worship = time. therefore worship = money and anything that costs is no longer free. however i do love lady bugs!

Listen, this free gift just sounds like another one of those "free iPod" things. It's complete crap.

Sometimes people turn away because they are hurt or angry at God- Sometimes it is hard for the human race to understand why God lets bad things happen I use to wonder the same thing-
P.S. I found Him again

Its the devil trying to win as many souls as possible, and for those who think its there doing by paying there bills or making good things happen in there life should think twice, cause its either the devil playing another trick or God trying to show you that he is here for you and wants you to Love him the way that he loves you.

satan Blinds the Minds of the Unbelievers.

Thats it!
sometime satan runs Children of GOD in the Ground, trying to get Everybody Saved, knowing that it is Not Their Time to Get Saved.
(Everybody who gets Saved, do so in THEIR Own TIME, and Only GOD knows when That TIME is).
So, Take a Load Off.
If GOD Dosen't send you to Them, Just Tell'm Once about Jesus.
You can OverDo Anything, Except LOVEING GOD.
(I misspelled that on purpose!)
Ditto...............and GOD Bless.

God bless.
