You can press charges against him in a CIVIL COURT and demand restitution. In other words, you can make the court force him to pay you for breaking it. The best part is that you don't even need a lawyer to do it!!!!

Watch "The Peoples' Court on T.V. These cases happen all the time.

Good Luck!

I stay in Michigan. A 17 year previous could be charged with something an grownup could be charged with. in this occasion you will possibly desire to charged with precisely what you stated above. different than there incredibly isn't any evidence of something! only tell the officer which you have been scared with the aid of fact your individuals have been under the impression of alcohol. do no longer think of something will grow to be of this in any respect! probably basically a lecture. in case you have been going to be charged, he might have executed it while he got here to the living house. i'm no longer genuine specific that he can carry the motor vehicle. i might call the impound backyard and ask approximately that one. i think of they are going to easily launch the motor vehicle. this might consequence in no longer something. i might wager on that.

Take him to small claims court. That's the right thing to do.
Expect that the judge orders him to replace the video game with a new one, pay you for damages (punitive).

Other than that, nothing much. The judge may fine him, though that is rare - it all depends on how he conducts himself in front of the judge.

Restitution and probation. Spanking should have been allowed when they were younger, this probably would not have happened.
