Well this can be answered several different ways depending on one's beliefs/views. Some will say virginity is lost when the penis enters the vagina in the first instance. There are more conservative people who may believe that ANY other object from someone else could constitute loss of virginity (ie. fingers). It really depends on your views and values, I tend to lean toward actual sexual intercourse with the penis and vagina.
