I do have a suggestion why don't you right click on the file, go to send to, then Zip folder. Name the zip folder, then copy that to your CD. That should allow you to put all of that on one CD by compressing the file. Then all you have to do is access to CD, right click and unzip the file, and you'll be able to view it.

go to win-rar.com and download winrar software for windows...
right click on the file and choose add to archive, on the left bottom of the dialog box, you will find a volume that you can define for the parts of the file you wanna archive.. BUT this will make it an archive and you wont be able to view each separate file , you will have to extract the files everytime you wanna copy them back to the computer...
If you need to have two separate vedio files that you need to see separately, you can try a vedio editing program, try Windows Movie Maker... you can cut the movie into two files and copy each one separately, its easy to use... DO NOT FORGET to make a backup copy of your movie before you start your trials!
have a great day

Buy DVD RW they hold 4.3 GB of space much easier than breaking the file up. But if you want to break the file up u need to buy software to do it.
Heres a website, http://www.superfiles.com/index.shtml?action=display_files&file_cat_id=97254152194&main_cat_id=971775800686

Yes, you can use winrar to create multiple files that onces put together will create your original file agian.
They are called rar files.. and it will break up your file into managable sizes that you can specify.
like
myfile.rar
myfile.001
myfile.002
Then when you run myfile.rar, it will put everything back together, assuming you have all the pieces agian..
