You can try this glaze sauce to baste with or as a dipping sauce for your ham or the recipes after it; cooking it in Coca-Cola. Both are very good!

First of all on Thanksgiving you need something simple and easy. I use brown sugar and cherry pie filling heat it up and pour it over the ham. Stick cloves in the ham too. Or to spice it up try Tiger Sauce, it should be on the hot sauce aisle in the grocery store. It is a little spicy and sweet and the same time, Delicious.

just cook it with a glaze (you can get the little packets at your local supermarket most likely) and that can be your supper. you can eat it with sweet potatoes and broccoli and if you want rolls.
here is a recipes for glaze:
honeyed ham glaze
1 cup honey
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
DIRECTIONS
Mix together in a bowl: honey, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, cloves and ginger. Pour over ham slices as a glaze.
now i know you will have left overs unless you are able to eat a whole ham or are having a large party over. so cream of tomatoe soup and ham and cheese (the cheeese of your choice, although my preferance is irish cheddar or yarlsburg, i have no idea if i spelled that right) are an excelent choice you can even add a little hotsauce on the sandwich to spice it up.
cream of tomatoe soup
INGREDIENTS
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
DIRECTIONS
Simmer tomatoes, onions, sugar, and salt and pepper. Once onions are soft, strain. Set liquid aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter or margarine. Stir in the flour. Whisk in the milk, and cook until thickened. Slowly add the reserved tomato liquid, and gently heat. Serve hot.
and then there are of course cold ham and cheese ang ham lettuce and tomatoe. you could do a HLT and fry the ham. or dice it and put it in with you morning scrabbled eggs or on the side of a poached or fried egg with toast. there are many options but here are some recipes for ham:
Sparkling Grilled Ham
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sparkling white grape juice
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 1/2 pounds slice of cooked ham
DIRECTIONS
Combine grape juice, orange juice, brown sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, ginger and cloves. Slash fat on edge of ham. Pour mixture over ham in a shallow glass dish. Refrigerate overnight or 2 hours at room temperature. Baste with mixture occasionally.
Grill over low coals 15 minutes each side, basting frequently with mixture.
the ginger in this will give it a bite.
Apricot Brown Sugar Ham
INGREDIENTS
1 (10 pound) fully-cooked spiral cut ham
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup apricot jam
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
Place the ham cut side down onto a sheet of aluminum foil. I like to put the shiny side up. Mix together the brown sugar, apricot jam and mustard powder in a small bowl. Brush onto the ham using a pastry or barbeque brush. Reserve any leftover glaze. Enclose the foil around the ham and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast for 2 hours in the preheated oven, or if you ham is a different size, figure 14 minutes per pound. Apply the remaining glaze 20 minutes before the ham is done.
try adding a little pepper to this and experiment to make it spicier.
if you want spicy try mixing your favorite hot sauce with a simple glaze as another idea.
hope that will help you thx for the two points! :D sorry i know it's long but i was trying.

I like brown sugar and cloves on top before you put it in the oven although how you could be tired of cloves and pineapples escapes me.

HAM AND SWEET POTATO HASH WITH FRIED EGGS
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 1/2 cups 1/3-inch cubes peeled red-skinned sweet potato (yam)
2 cups 1/2-inch cubes ham
1 large white onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard with horseradish
2 cups coarsely chopped watercress tops plus 4 sprigs for garnish
4 large eggs
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add yam cubes; cover and cook 5 minutes. Mix in ham, onion, and mustard. Cover and cook until yam is tender and bottom of hash begins to brown, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper. Using spatula, turn hash over in portions and press to compact. Cook uncovered until golden, turning and pressing occasionally, about 10 minutes longer. Stir in chopped watercress until wilted, about 1 minute.
Meanwhile, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in another large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Crack eggs into skillet and cook until whites are firm but yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes.
Divide hash among 4 plates. Top with eggs. Garnish with watercress sprigs.
Makes 4 servings.

You could put a "crust" of sea salt, brown sugar, honey/maple syrup on it about 10 min. before it's done. Due to high sugar content, it could burn easily...so set it on the lower rack and watch it.
