you must have weak hair, try some strengthening shampoos and that might make it a little better, lay off on curling for a while.

What kind of curling iron are you using? Nowadays, curling irons should not burn your hair. Buy a Chi ceramic curling iron on ebay and your hair will stay healthy.

The curling iron is way to hot. You need to buy one that lets you change the heat levels. Wal-Mart and Target has Revlon ones, and you can change the heat settings to 25 different heat settings. Also, they sell these types at beauty supply stores.

Your curling iron is probably too hot for your hair, take it down a notch and try again. Make sure your hair is dry and not wet!

make sure you have a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. try keeping your hair a LITTLE damp when you curl it. ask you beautition for a good curling iron to use on your hair. if you want your hair curly all the time try getting a perm.

If you have bleached your hair then all of the moisture is gone meaning high heat will further damage it
