Many of us Americans buy from wal-mart which supports the chineese government. Their government is responsible for the death of over 1.2 million Tibetans. Also their government is reasponsible for genocide of their own people. They still continue to destroy Tibetan culture. Why doesn't our so called "christian nation" do anything about it? I mean, isn't our christian religion against this? Then why do we care about how much we can save at wal-mart over peoples lives?

Wal-Mart is all over the world. We can't blame Wal-Mart for the problems with other Governments. Same reason many people blame God for problems caused by humans. Why does people blame others for things that is not their fault
If we would punish Wal-Mart, for all of this and ban them from our countries, then this would be called Black listing, or Punishing the innocent.

The very existence of being human means that we identify with a psychological and physical self that is defined as being separate and having its own interests. This means that until this psychological self or ego is worked on, we all engage in self-centered activity. Part of this activity is the subtle self concept of judging people for not doing enough for a specific cause.

I oppose Hu Jintao and the Chinese government. They have not cleaned up their act recently, but the good news is that more and more Chinese are opposing the communists. One day they'll fall, but it will probably involve a civil war. Our government only supports the CCP because they are an economic powerhouse.

I understand your question and have wondered where in the world I could go to buy American made products.... but simply and honestly we dont really, as a society dont necessarily care where our products come from as long as it is available to us. Think about the computer u are typing on..... where is it made??? What about your TV?????? Clothes????? Seriously, look in your closet... U will be surprised. I personally buy food products that are American grown... It helps American farmers. They need to survive as well. We are all guilty of it.
