What are the tools and/or procedures...any additional information you can think of would be appreciated. Websites for example for tooling, ballistics, twist rates etc. thank-you.

No silly, I'm not going to kill someone or anyone for that matter...besides you you need a barrel that is already rifled for that! I have some ideas for firearm design/manufacturing and when I approach a company with a presentation I want to be sure i understand my material.

The basic rifling machine is called simply a rifling machine. Most modern firearms manufactuiring use a swag method where a super hardened spud is turned down the barrel blank to force/squeeze the metal into the proper land and grove pattern and twist ratio.

The best infor I can remember comes out out books by P.O. Ackley and Col Townsend Wheley or Whaley or similar. These two engineers did a lot to improve modern rifling techniques.

I had my m77 ruger camo painted 12 years ago and it hasn't flaked or chipped at all. The person that did the camo job for me used paints made by rustoleum. The main thing to concern yourself with before painting is prep work to the area to be painted prior to painting. It seems that acetone will remove all greasy fingerprints and oily residues or something like M.E.K (methylethylketone) will work just as well.

If you were to try to purchase such a machine, I imagine the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms would take an interest in you, just FYI.
