I have Windows 98 second edtion and wish to upgrade to XP home. Which one do I need to use.?

There is XP _Standard home edition upgrade for PC (N0901087) and XP home edition upgrade (N09-00985) Is one bester than the other. I want to upgrade from window 98 second edition.
