Most guys won't admit it, but I would venture a guess that a lot of guys have tried on their wives/girlfriends clothes.
It is only when guys go out in public in women's clothes, or NEED to put on women's clothes to get aroused, that it might become a problem. Talk to him about it. Ask him if he gets turned on by wearing your clothes. Ask him if he's ever done that sort of thing before.
