there's this guy and he knows both my friend and i like him. we had all gone to a retreat and my friend ended up making out with him. at school, he'll sit and flirt with me and sometimes sit and stare at me...but he does the same thing to my friend. my friend likes to play the "in your face" approach when it comes to flirting while i go subtly. they have been hanging out a lot more and she came up to me and told me that he had asked for her number. i'm not going to lie...i got kinda jealous. but i was sitting in math class and the guy in question asks me for HER number. i declined. i told him to look up her myspace instead. it's like my friend, she says that she doesn't like him but it's obvious that she does. i personally think the guy is playing both of us...but he chose my friend because of her sex appeal rather than her mind. i've heard stories that all this guy wants is sex in some form and i feel that he chose her because he thought it would be easier to get it from her.thoughts?

Yes, I think your absolutely right about everything you said that concerns you, your friend, and this guy. Just be glad that it wasn't you with this guy no matter how good he flirts or looks. I really feel for your friend because if she gives it up to him he's going to be gone like the wind soon afterwords. Hopefully things won't get that far for him and her, but if they do I hope that maybe she'll learn a lesson from it. You seem like a very smart girl to me. Don't ever let yourself be taken advantage of. Your worth something.

No offense but it sounds like your friend and him are gonna get together...but at the same time I get the feeling it won't last!! Don't lose sleep over the boy he sounds like a bit of a player!!

If it bothers you so much, drop him and find another person who will apppreciate you for being you. If your girl friend and you are real close, invite him over and the three of you party till you reach an understanding of who is the one and who is the two and three.

something like this happend to me too the guy picked my friend cuz she put on the "im a sl.ut" act! all he was after was for sex so what you have to do is tell your friends that all he's after is for sex and she is going to get her by hanging out with him. that it will problly lead to rape so she needs to stop acting dumb and tell him that she wants nothing to do with him and you need to tell him to back off your friends and you need to get over him cuz all his seems he's after is sex so get over him and find a nice guy not a jerk.

don't blame ur friend.. .in the end, if he is attracted to someone cuz of Sex only, then of course he will choose someone who flirts in his face! if i were u, i'd just concentrate on my life: my appearance, my schoolwork, my friends and family.... be as happy as possible...and be attracted to someone for a Good reason, not just cuz he's "cute". good luck~
