Try vicks vapour rub on her chest and back.
You can also try raising the top of her mattress by putting a pillow or rolled blanket underneath, however my daughter just ended up halfway down the mattress when we tried that, but other parents I know do it and it works for them.

If you have nothing like Vicks or Carvol to hand, and can't get to a shop, take your toddler into the bathroom, close the door and put a towel at the bottom of the door where the gap is,and run a very hot shower so that the bathroom fills with steam. The steam will help ease your child's congestion.

With my daughter, we found that a little vicks vapor rub on the tip of her nose, will help her breathe. We also put a pillow under her bed mattress to elevate her head. Might help you also?

when running a bath and the bathroom fills with steam stand in the bathroom with the wee one and let her breathe the steam - this will help to unblock her nose.
Alternatively get 'olbas' oil from chemist and put afew drops on a hanky and place in cot/bed. (or even on her pillow)This should allow her to breathe better....
good luck

These are the things I use...J&J Vapor Bath when I bathe her. I put Baby Vicks on her chest after that. Dimetapp works best for colds for us & I run a humidfier in her room. Hope this helps! :)

Get some salt water based nasal spray at the local store. Spray it in the nose and then have her blow her nose or use one of those syringes to suck it out, that should help.

Try SudaCare Kids Vapor Plugs... also a night light... it helps kids sleep at night and works as a night light. Just plug it in and they can sleep peacefully.
You can find it at the grocerie store.
Adults can use it too!

Sit with her next to a humidifier to clear her nose. Prop her head up while she sleeps as well and give her lots of fluids and rest. The more she sleeps the faster she'll recover.

you could get some karvol to pop on her pillow from the chemists to help unblock her nose, or some saline nose drops to help dry the mucus up, other than that get the calpol out!
