About £50 or £60. See a solicitor. They know what they are doing. Unless you are really confident and really know what you are doing, dont try to do it yourself. Also revue the will about every 6 to 8 years, because circumstances change, marriages, deaths, divorces, births etc. I dont think you can bequeath a baby in a will though, can you?

I think that it ranges in price, if you go along to your bank /building society you can get it done for free, at least you can with HSBC, Abbey and Nationwide.
You could go to a solicitor and check how much it will cost to gt them to draw one up for you
Also if you go into WH Smiths you used to be able to buy packs that allow you to make your own will and they cost about £5.99 whether you can still can then I'm not sure

Every solicitors should be able to put you in touch with a solicitor who practices in Family Law, the solicitor will take you through it step by step and advise where advice is needed! Look for solicitors in Yellow Pages or ask friends to recommend a firm of solicitors to you!!

You need a will with a living revocable trust. Call an attorney who handles this and ask questions, then do it. Or, go to a book store and buy books on the subject.

A lot, lot less than it costs to sort out an estate without one! Also consider life insurances on each of you, in case (altho' God forbid!) one of you has to bring him up alone.

I think it cost like 100.00 to make one. it might be cheaper if you do it yourself. You would have 2 get a notary notary public.
