I have a video of a sexual assault done IN an US Marine military base; one Marine assaulted other Marine.
If I want to report it using e-mail, how can I do it?
Someone knows the e-mail addresses/websites of Marine “police”, or maybe Navy “police”, or some other military police force or institution that is capable of investigating this issue?
Thank you.

I would turn it over to the Judge Advocate General on the base, as it is less likely to "get lost"!! Make a back up copy and send it to:

Commandant
USMC Headquarters Pentagon

Washington, DC 20380

Fax: (703) 697-7246

Contact the Naval Criminal Investigations Service.

That's the criminal investigations branch of the US Navy (in case you didn't know, the Marine Corps is part of the Navy). They have jurisdiction over serious felonies committed by Naval or Marine Corps personnel.
