So recently i broke up with my ex. I don't have any backup girls but she had a backup dude who lives in florida. She's in florida visiting her family right now and im pretty sure she's with him. She told me that i don't treat her good and that if i did she'd be my everything. Personally i feel dat she didn't treat ME good. But i still care for her and wanna make it work. My question is when she comes back should i try to adjust myself and get her back, or should i just forget her and move on because it was kinda messed up that she was talking to this dude in florida during the later weeks of our relationship. what yall think?

You seem like you're a great guy and you yourself said that she didnt treat you right, plus you think she is with the dude in florida. I think you should try moving on, she won't know what she had until it's gone. One thing I know for sure is that a guy always look better in the next woman arms. Good Luck

Why should you change to make someone else happy. If she was happy with you then she wouldn't need to be talking to that guy in florida. There's no way she could be your everything if she's alway got someone else for backup. Sorry dude, she ain't worth the time and energy.

What is up with all these back ups? Why is our society so hooked on numerous relationships? I believe if we were content with who we are as individuals the we would need nothing to complete us that includes another person.

My point? Keep searching. Obviously the relationship wasn't serious if you both needed a replacement, but remember if you are happy with who you are then things will fall into place and you'll find your soul mate.

It sounds to me like maybe she found somebody she likes better than you. You have to accept that. Maybe stay friends and check up on her every year or so. Just ask, "how are ya.?" , etc... be consoling if she needs it, ask casually if she is seeing anyone if it seems ok. Don't EVER give up on somebody you really want. Life is short.

If she was already talking to this guy before you two broke up, I would not put myself out there.

I think you might only want her because she has someone else? And seeing as you don't have a back-up well you might be a lil lonley! Move on and be happy.....

Get away from your computer, get your hand out of your pants, and go out with your buddies and have a few beers. I suggest a black and tan.
