I bought one online from www.awma.com. It's Asian World of Martial Arts. They are based in Philadelphia but I had it shipped to me in Florida, no problem. Century is another famous martial arts supply house but I don't know their website. You could probably Google it.
Othewise open your Yellow Page and look for "martial arts supplies"
or call a couple of martial arts schools and ask them.

What is your budget? What will this sword be used for? (sparring, forms, or as a collectors item). What style of martial arts does your husband study? You will have to answer these questions for yourself as well as educate yourself on what constitutes a real sword so as not to get fooled into buying a useless piece of metal.
Paul Chen, Hanwei swords are good. Cold Steel weapons are also very good. If you want a custom sword Angel Swords are fantastic. You can find all these on the Internet. Google. Good luck.

Real sword? Forget it, you won't be able to afford it. A real sword cost as much as a small house. Plus the waiting list is as long as a year or two and it take a while to make sword.
All those swords you see in stores and on website for $100 aren't real sword and would shatter like glass on impact.
Edit: Well I find something while doing research, but I'm not sure of the quality:
