Stove top stuffing with an apple chopped up in it, Au Gratin Potatoes (to me, cheese goes with everything!!) Mashed potatoes, Baked Sweet Potatoes with butter, salt and pepper (simple but delicious) Potato Pancakes are what my partner wants when we have pork steaks.......served with applesauce and sour cream......to die for!!!!

Apple sauce is always a side dish when we serve pork. Butter noodles, green beans and some rolls would also be good.
