Tootsie Rolls are chocolate chews. They are one of the oldest commercial candies still on the market and originally sold for a penny, but were larger than the midget sized ones of today that still sell for the same price. They were named by the inventor for his little girl's nickname.

They are chewy chocolate that has carmelle mixed into it. also some other things like syrup, food die, ect.
