I have been dying my hair recently try to cover gray (to young to be grey) I have been doing it for about 1yr every six weeks or when the gray starts coming out. I haven't dyed my hair for 1mth now i find that since i started dying it,it falls out more. I heard that if you dye your hair too much it will fall out. Does anyone know if that is true?

You said it!
Dye does make the hair
fall out..Peroxide
is a chemical..Why not go
Grey? At any age..
I have seen many over women over 30
go Grey and they do look...Natural..
Why not you? Who are you trying to
convince otherwise?
How many time in today's social have
you seen a woman with natural Blond hair color??
NEVER..So, why try to change your hair color?
For a change, try PANTENE Expressions
Multi-Dimensional Shine Glossing Scrum??
It works for me....It's wonderful on your hair..
Actually, makes your hair shine..Greys and all..
Without any chemicals...
Good luck and forget about coloring till in
your 40's......

Depends on how sensitive you are and how good the dye you use is. For most people, using a good brand that is not too harsh on your scalp will cause no problems.

I try to give my hair a rest, too. So I stop dying for months at a time, sometimes.

The fact that you're losing hair is more likely to be related to aging. Many women have scattered baldness (meaning after a certain age some areas of the head have thinned so much you can see the scalp). If you're losing over 100 hairs each day, you should talk to your doctor.

Not everyone's hair falls out like that. I've been dying my hair for 20 years or more and it's still as thick as it was back then.
