Starbucks tends to build its stores right next to small, independant coffee shops. This can run the small coffee shop out of business fast.

Starbucks is a Corporate bully and their coffee tastes like it was strained though my well worn gym socks, and then left to sit for 3 days before serving.

they dont have a impact on other coffee shops. Everyone has there own prefrence.

Probably won't invade small market towns, as there's no money in it. They're the territory of Tim Horton's, Country Style and Dunkin' Dounuts.
