I have a great marinade if you like Asian flavors 1/2 cup Tamari Sauce (Low Sodium is always better) you can find it by the Soy sauce - it's a sweeter style. 2 tbl spoons of sesame oil (Or Veggi/canola oil if you prefer) 3 tbl spoons of Rice wine vinegar or white vinegar 2 tbl spoons of FRESH grated ginger 3 cloves of Garlic minced 2 or 3 green onions (Scallions) Hot pepper flakes to taste Poke some holes in your roast and pour marinade over it and either put it in a dish or baggie and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes - the longer the better! I wouldn't go over 4 hours though! TIP - you can either slice the roast into 1-2 inch slices like a steak or roast in the oven! Rice/veggies or roasted potatoes are a great side! ENJOY!! let me know how it goes if you decide to use it! It's also great on poultry and a great dipping sauce for dumplings or veggies!

I make a maranade of equal parts Italian salad dressing and A1 steak sauce. I put it in a large ziplock bag with the meat. Turn it a few times over a period of two hours and the steaks come out very tasty and tender.
