THE E-COLI ALERT HAS BEEN REMOVED.
ALL FRESH VEGETABLES AND FRUIT CAN CARRY BACTERIA. OUR NEWS HAD A REPORT LAST NIGHT. THEY SAID WASH VERY WELL WITH COLD WATER. IT STILL DOES NOT GET RID OF ALL THE BACTERIA.THEY TESTED THE SOAPS FOR VEGGIES THAT YOU SOAK THEM IN AND THAT DOES NOT RIDE THEM OF ALL BACTERIA EITHER. THE ONLY WAY TO KILL IT ENTIRELY IS BY COOKING THEM
THE STUDY SAID IN SMALL AMOUNTS MOST PEOPLE DON'T GET SICK. MAYBE SOME STOMACH SYMPTOMS.
IF YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM IS COMPROMISED,UNDER 2 ,PREGNANT OR OLDER YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL.
HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

*tip: rinse it with lemon juice to kill bacteria, ect. It will also give taste to spinach.
