I totally disagree with corinne h. I've had Remington ones for about 7 months now and I've never had a problem with them
You CAN get good straighteners at a decent price. I don't believe in getting GHDs when my Remington ones do exactly the same. I've got Remington wide straighteners coated with ceramic and Teflon.
There the best straighteners I've ever had and the come with a great guarantee. I got mine from Argos for £30 but they've stopped selling them when their new catalogue came out. If you have a Boots near by they've got them for £34.99. Look on line at www.boots.co.uk or their Christmas gift guide.

Hi,
Try joining your local FREECYCLE group. It's a Yahoo group.
http://www.freecycle.org/ There is one for most major towns.
You can ask for things or offer things as long as they are free of charge.
It's a way fo keeping useable items out of the dump.
I have given away hundreds of books, toys and also some Nicki Clarke hair straighteners.
Join your local Frecycle group and ask for some hair straighteners, you may be lucky.
Good luck
Paul

theres no point buying a cheap pair of straightners that are ultimately going to be crap, and the end of the day you get what you pay for, if you but cheap you will have wasted your money and find your self looking for a new pair, wasting even more money
get some ghds their worth every penny and you wont feel quite so guilty spending it when you see the benefits.

I bought Kodo Creative straighteners from eBay, they are wet to striaght, can use on wet/dry and heat up really fast and very high temp, cost me about £20 may be less than that though, would really recommend
Plus I wouldnt waste money on boots straightening kit, used it and it isnt great, still have to straighten everyday even though i left on for max. time. I wouldnt buy it again, i have naturally curly hair

you don't need to use any tools every day, just try a new product in boots(Boots Hair Straighten kit ).it costs just 14.99 pounds.
i think it should be the best.and remain for 3 months.but you cant use it,if your hair is bleached.maybe damage bleached hair.
