I had this problem with my chrysler sebring, where it would very randomly be drained of all battery juice after leaving it parked. After several mechanic trips, several AAA jump starts...I took it to the local chrysler dealership, who kept the car a week and a half before being able to duplicate the problem...and then found it to be the alarm system having a short. Since then the problem hasn't reoccured and it's been almost 8 months now. So, make sure they or you check that out...your prob sounds a lot like mine did.

Full coverage? If it starts again take it out and wreck it. Okay, just kidding, obviously insurance fraud is illegal as hell. But since selling it to someone else and essentially passing the buck is not illegal (as long as you sell it "as-is,") I'd do that. Cut your losses now, vehicles are almost always not worth fixing, they depreciate too quickly.

These cars were famous for the crank angle sensor intermittently failing to send a signal. You might have it checked out.
