everyone who said the bladder doesn't process anything is right, but assuming you meant kidneys, I would say the in to out time depends on a lot of things. Some of them include how hydrated you are, what kind of toxins and wastes you've got floating through your body that your body wants to get rid of, and the levels of certain hormones, such as antidiuretic hormone (this one keeps you from peeing until you become a wrinkly prune, so you can imagine what too little or too much can do to you).

The water is absorbed through the stomach and lining of the intestine. The Kidney removes the excess water from the body and it is stored in the Bladder. The bladder does not process the water.

the bladder simply stores. I think you mean how long after drinking a glass of water do you pee it out. That depends on many factors like how your state of hydration is, and how active you are if you are sweating. Normally it takes about 30 minutes for that water to be absorbed from the gut, eventhough your thirst feels like it has been quenched. Now if you will excuse me, I have to pee my brains out.

it's not as easy as saying that. we have osmole receptors in our brain which basically sense how dilute or concentrated the blood is. they are exremely sensitive to keep us nicely balanced. when we're too concentrated it causes thirst and kicks out a hormone ADH (antidiuretic hormone) which stops which cases water reabsorption in the kidneys before the filtrate gets to the bladder but the opposite happens when your blood is dilute, no ADH cauuses you to pee more because the kidney isn't reabsorbing the water it filters.
just as a note the reason you pee so much when you drink alcohol is because the alcohol blocks ADH

bladder doesn't process anything. It is a storage place for output from the kidneys.
