what is a good way to burn 180 calories? I have a goal to burn 180 calories (and eat 500 less) a day. i was wondering if biking would work..if it was raining or too cold to go outside what are some things i could od inside? how long would i ahve to bike? or..other suggestions...

running or walking. they burn about 100 calories a mile
