I think its been established that homosexuality is not a choice. If it was, you wouldn't have gay guys committing suicide because they can't reconcile their religious beliefs with their sexual orientation.

No the bible is clear and consistent on this issue. Even if you say you are naturally attracted to the same sex however you must still choose to enter into sexual relations that are wrong in the eyes of God. We all have temptations to resist even as straight people not to jump into bed with every boy or girl we meet. The same self discipline is called for by both gay and straight.
Only in marriage is sex ordained by God.

It depends on what gays and lesbians say, do and think. The people themselves are not necessarily condemned, but gay and lesbian lifestyles are pointedly condemned. A consideration of Romans 1 vs24-27 and 1 Corinthians 6 vs 9,10, the account about Sodom and Gomorrah shows how God feels about same sex realtionships. It is also condemned in the Mosaic Law.
1 Corinthians 6 vs 9,10 is particularly interesting as it shows how some who actively engaged in same sex relationships, changed in order to become Christians.

No, God does not. You need to understand since Adam and Eve sin the devil rules the world(1 John 5:19). He has the power over those who don't know Jesus, these people aren't protected so he can make them do whatever he wants them to do to even make them think what they're doing is right.
Sometimes you have to say the truth even if it hurts. The bible say these people aren't going to heaven if they don't repent. Gays, Lesbians, bisexuals are the work of the flesh (Romans 1:26-32).

Mkhelele,
Dude. All of us, in our lives are full of sin.
It's what we are.
We even like it.
What God does is change us (for the better if it's His will), and directs us towards Him. A gay person can be guided as a straight person can be guided.
What makes that kind of Gay person, or straight person different, is that they have the Spirit of God in them whereas, those that do not trust God are not a part of Him.
It's really that simple.
Straight is not a prerequisite to being saved.
Trusting God through Jesus Christ is a prerequisite to being saved.
God loves those that are trusting Him, whom He already called. Who is going to tell Him that He can't have a Gay person as one of His people? I'm Bisexual, and He has me as one of His.
Convinced?

...One guy I knew in high school chose (yes, chose) that lifestyle - he was picked on and abused by others who were more athletic that he was.
...I think young kids who are abused by child molesters often end up repeating the same sins.
...Homosexuality is a learned lifestyle choice. It is a deviant and destructive (physically) lifestyle, which will probably cause early death. The Centers for Disease Control (hardly a right-wing organization) reports that the life span of the average homosexual male is 41. I do not rejoice in this.
...God does not approve of the homosexual lifestyle at all. In 1 Corinthians 6 we read,
..." 9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,
...10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.
...11 Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.
...You can also read Romans 1:18-31 - it basically says that after men suppress the truth, they go on a downward spiral, where they worship the created things, and finally men and women become intimate in perverted ways, going after each other. It also mentions many other sins at the end of the chapter, that men and women are guilty of - and not just homosexuals.
...While there is life, there is hope for all who will trust in Christ. In 1 Corinthians 6 it says, "And such were some of you..." There is hope for homosexuals and others - sin can be forgiven, and one can receive new life in Christ.
...I urge all readers to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and be saved. (Acts 16:31)
...Whosoever will, may come.

No Holy Book, including Bible agrees with gay/lesbian life-pattern. Religious Courts would rather punish them...for acting against the nature. There is no sympathy for them. They act against God's Plans.

I don't think many people choose to be gay - but quite a lot of gays choose to be priests! And if God exists he must have created gays so obviously (s)he doesn't mind....

No, but desperate gays and lesbians try to read more into Biblical passages in order to justify their actions in their own minds.

People do not CHOOSE who they fancy (ie men women whatever) and I am a Christian and I honestly believe this. However.......they DO choose to have sex with their own sex, which IS a sin.
