See this webpage under mental issues. Tells about guy who cured his issues NATURALLY! He was on 1 medication for anxiety and 3 for depression. He also had lots of other problems that were healed. Also he is a public figure not some unknown person somewhere.

I have not been cured but I have helped myself by meditation and being mor logical on my worries. I have been able to tell myself to stop thinking about the certain thing because it is very unlikely to happen and its just stressing me out. I went to barnes and nobles bookstore and looked in their self help section on anxiety and self esteem, There was an anxiety workbook there that I want to get for 20 bucks but i have to wait fo rmy next paycheck. i was going to photo copy the pages and send it to my sisters becuase we all suffer from Social anxiety and general anxiety.

Just take it one day at a time and do the best you can and do not think negatively about yourself or get mad at yourself. If I put myself down for ANYTHING I have to tell myself that really what I did wasn't bad ect ect.

Also eat right get exercise and dont let your thoughts stay thinking about yourself and everything that is going on. Give your mind a break think about a vacation or take a nice long bath and think about a big beefy guy rubbing your shoulders lol.

Good Luck and go look at that book at the book store, usually I read them there so i dont have to pay for them lol.

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a relatively common anxiety problem that affects 3-4% of the population each year.1 It is a real illness that requires attention from a qualified healthcare professional.

Nope. I'm on medication, and quite frankly, it does wonders for me. The natural way works for some people, but some others need meds. . .it may not be such a bad thing to look into.

Please check out the boards at Psychcentral and you might meet some. There are lots of treatments out here and still many to be discovered.
