i've been through the same thing with exercising and eating right with little result. i don't know what you're doing, but to maintain weight you need to be exercising around 30 minutes and for weight loss around 60 minutes a day. remember thaty you need to have a well balanced workout with cardio, flexibility, endurance, and strenght all worked into it. if you do go to a gym see if you can talk to a trainer about getting a workout personalized for you and your goals. best of luck with everything!

I would go see your doctor. You may have some other health problems that are inhibiting your weight loss that you are unaware of. It could be something like food allergies, thyroid issues, candida, etc. Most likely you will get some blood tests and then go from there.

You may also consider the length of time you have had the weight. It takes a while to get it off, healthily, especially for women. Healthy weight loss is between 1/2-2 pounds a week or 10 pounds a month. You've got the ball rolling, it will just take some time to see results. Maybe have a personal training session and the trainer will give you tips and suggest the best workout plan for you.

Hang in there and keep doing what you are doing!

Make sure as youre eating healthy, youre not stuffing yourself. Stop eating the second you start feeling full. Make sure healthy includes lean meats, whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, and low fat dairy. The weight wont come off overnight, but if you keep doing that, you'll definitely notice weightloss.
