I had a baby 7 months ago and I just finished breast feeding, I want to lose 30 pounds to get back to my prepregnancy weight of 120. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you

Try between 1200-1500 calories a day if not active, more if so. Just remember for the most part you need to lose more calories than you consume.

Join sparkpeople.com. They will tell you how many calories to eat to lose weight and how many calories you will have to burn with exercise. They offer a meal tracker that will calculate calories for everything you eat. You can track your exercise as well and see how many calories you are burning with their exercise tracker and it offer message boards for support and ideas from other members and best of all it is free!
