okay well i like this guy and he know it but he's like almost 3 years older, and he came up and scared me and my friend about 4 times ... was he just being nice?

Either your reaction to being scared is up there with the best of America's Home Videos, or he likes you. It is his way of being sure you remember him, even if it is for the wrong reason.

Well....I think it's all gone to his head that someone likes him and he's acting like a fool. I'm sorry no offense to you at all but he needs to grow up a little bit ..... either that or he needs to learn how to flirt.
