How can I get over the fact that my ex-boyfriend is hanging out with other girls? We had a really bad break up. He used me for all my money. I don't know why I am so stuck on him. What can I do to get over him?

I'm agreeing with Babygurl. Unfortunately you find a lot of assholes who will do that to you and leave you stunned, used, and falling apart.
I think the reason your jealous is because you can't believe he's been so cold and basically has shrugged it off and moved on like nothing has happened, like he's totally innocent. But don't worry, I believe heavily in the idea of karma, and he will get his cumuppance I can guarantee that.
avoid him at all costs, spend time with your girlfriends, spend the time which normally taken by him to be with the people who really matter, your family, your friends. Also don't be afraid to cry, everyone has to cry to release anger and frustration in a controlled manner.
Then, when you least expect it you'll find Mr Right and he'll be awesome to you, and all this will just be stricken to the history books.
Trust me, it will happen. I follow something my mother said to me:
'Every story has a happy ending. Just because it isn't happy now is because it isn't the end of the story'
I've lived by that ever since she said that to me, and although i'm currently getting over a girl, things will get better soon.

girl find yourself another man. how r u still gonna have feelings for someone who used u. move on with ur life and enjoy it to the fullest! When u see him again make sure that ur with a guy and try to dress up the hottest u can because then that will make him jelous and he'll see what he missed
