The only I ever did was let my daughter pick out her own clothes and make changes of clothes accessible, she often would choose to change her clothes instead of just taking them off.

Good Luck! My 2 year old son just found out that he can remove his clothes...including his diaper. I just enforced him to keep them on and I dressed him in clothes that were too difficult to take off. After a week, he got discouraged and stopped.

My three year old does the same thing. We let her run around the house naked when it is just us at home, and we let her know when we are outside of the house she has to have clothes on. Also, she likes to wear just tshirts and panties around the house, so that is better than nothing. Let her pick out her own clothes and maybe that will help!

Well my daughter always takes off her PJ's but never her clothes out in the cold. Well maybe you can try things that are not so easy to take off. I would buy her things with a zipper or buttons in the back. I would also always have stockings on her. I did that with my daughter because she would always take her socks off. Zippers and snap ons are too easy for a baby to get them off. So I would try real buttons on the back side or zippers on the back!

Try putting a onesie on her, then use diaper pins, so the part that opens is facing her skin, to pin her pants and shirt on. Or...try one-peice outfits that don't have snaps on the bottom for diaper changes. It's going to make your life harder though for diaper changes if she's wearing a one-peice that doesn't have snaps for quick diaper changes. Or...look for outfits that snap in the back.
I agree with the snowsuit idea too....try putting it on backwards. If she's only going to be in the car, and you don't have to take her out, I think it's a good idea. Good Luck!

I had this same problem with my 2 and 1/2 yr old son. He loved to be naked, fortunately he went through this stage in the summertime. However, it was getting annoying collecting his clothes five times a day from the outside. One day my neighbor husband tells him to go and get his clothes on in a stern voice and my son was cured. He couldn't have cared less if I told him that but my neighbor's husband frightened him enough to keeping him from doing it anymore. Whenever my friend was outside he made a point to tell her to let Rob her husband know that he had his clothes on. =) Good Luck

Hello- This is something that little ones do. If she is doing this outside, try talking to her, tell her it is too cold outside, to keep her clothes on. If she won't pick her up and take her in, ans tell her why. Keep doing this until it sinks in, and it will. Be patient with her. They go through this, it is nothing new.
Take Care

Let her go outside one time with out all the protection and see what happens. Some children are very stubborn. So go along with her and say sure go freeze your booty off, but don't cry to me when your feet freeze and fall off, or your face turns to ice and cracks. I did that once to my daughter when we lived in Oklahoma { temps where 20 below } she would beg to have me bundle her up. Try it and see if it works did for me...

Children are people and know when it's too cold for them. They like to be naked! I say let her run around inside where it's warm for a few minutes after bath. It can be her "naked time." If you designate a time for her, maybe she'll understand when it isn't naked time she needs to keep her clothes on. Also, try letting her pick out an outfit. My daughter picks outrageous things and as long as we aren't going to church or something... I let her little personality shine through! Kids are just nudists at heart!

It's a very natural thing to do. I would let her do it inside but tell her she can't go outside unless she puts them on. When she starts taking them off outside - QUICKLY take her inside. She'll lean to keep them on if she likes to play outside.
