I heard gluten can give people allergies.. check to see if anything made with gluten makes you sick like this...try in small quantities. Or go to your doctor for an allergy test.
There are receipes out on the internet to make things to eat similar without gluten.

Even if you don't have celiac, wheat sensitivity or allergy is very common.

The problem could be wheat or it could be gluten (a kind of protein that is in wheat and some other grains). You might be able to get away with other grains like rye, but you might not because many of them also have gluten in them. Try an elimination diet. Cut out wheat and other grains totally and see if it helps - that means pasta, bread, oatmeal, and other baked goods. Try it for a week or two and see if it makes a difference. Then slowly introduce one thing each day.

Make notes of how you and your son feel. You'll probably find out that way what you can eat and what isn't good for you.

You probably have an allergy to gluten which is a protein in wheat and you might consider trying a wheat free diet. Many people are allergic to gluten.
