Pittsburgh has the ultimate BBQ called Islay's and started the chipped chipped ham BBQ Here are 2 good recipes:

Sweet BBQ
1 bottle of Heinz ketcup

1/4 to 1 cup of vinegar Start small add to taste

1/4 cup of sweet pickle relish

1/2 cup of honey, molasses or granular sugar.

heat on low heat stirring constantly until well mixed and heated
add meat and simmer until fully warmed.

Spicy BBQ

Same as above but add 1/4 cup or more depending on taste of Frank's hot sauce you can also use chili pepper or Cayenne pepper for more gusto.

enjoy!

liquid smoke, garlic, salt and pepper, and catsup. Sounds gross but that is how I've seen my grandma do it.
